1. General Terms

1.1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pojak ("pojak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pojak.net. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the pojak platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotional offers.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the pojak platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. pojak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 1.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a pojak account, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pojak is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification documents will be requested before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are registering one account per person. pojak prohibits duplicate accounts. Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information will be suspended without notice.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a pojak employee.
• You are using your own identity and payment methods. Third-party account funding is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and email address. pojak uses this information to verify your identity and process transactions. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pojak account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pojak will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. 2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pojak is committed to maintaining a secure platform and may request identity verification documents at any time. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of current address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pojak reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pojak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile financial services. pojak does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at pojak is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction.

3.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your pojak account balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions across all Bangladeshi mobile networks including Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, and Teletalk. Rocket and Upay deposits are typically credited within 2 minutes. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank's authorisation process.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

pojak aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification checks. First-time withdrawals always require completed KYC documentation before processing begins. During peak periods such as BPL match days, withdrawal processing may take up to 48 hours. pojak will notify players of any delay via their registered email address.

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud. pojak reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.

4. Bonus Terms

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional bonuses offered by pojak are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or have accounts flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible for bonuses. pojak reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonus credits from any account at its sole discretion if abuse is suspected.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by pojak are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.

4.3 Eligible Games for Wagering

Not all games on the pojak platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Sports betting: 100% contribution per qualifying settled bet
• Slots: 100% contribution per spin
• Live casino tables (blackjack, baccarat, roulette): 10% contribution

• Virtual sports: 100% contribution

4.4 Bonus Abuse

pojak strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and participating in promotions under a false identity. Where bonus abuse is detected, pojak reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.5 Seasonal and Special Promotions

pojak runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season offers, Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh cashback events, and T20 World Cup enhanced odds. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published in full on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the pojak platform are subject to acceptance at pojak's discretion. pojak reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect match fixing, data errors, system faults, or where the bet would expose pojak to liability beyond reasonable commercial thresholds.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the pojak platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled outcome. pojak offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, ice hockey, politics, and other events as listed in the sportsbook at any given time.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by pojak in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the permitted settlement window
• The bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error
• The event result is under official investigation for integrity concerns
• The bet was placed after the event outcome was already known (late bet)

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's pojak account balance in full within 24 hours of the void decision.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected fixtures and are subject to temporary suspension during significant moments in play (for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a penalty kick in football). pojak's live betting feed is sourced from professional data providers; however, pojak accepts no liability for betting decisions made based on live match streams, which may be subject to a broadcast delay of up to 30 seconds.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

pojak applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. The standard maximum single-bet payout is ৳500,000 per settled event. Accumulator bets have a maximum payout of ৳1,000,000 per ticket. For high-value bets above these thresholds, players should contact support in advance to discuss bespoke arrangements. pojak reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for specific markets or events at any time.

6. User Obligations

6.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the pojak platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use pojak for any commercial purpose, for the benefit of any third party, or in any manner that could be construed as professional or syndicated betting without prior written agreement from pojak.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pojak platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes ("advantage play" beyond normal skill)
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial crime using pojak accounts
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or operating a betting syndicate through a single account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy pojak's odds, platform data, or proprietary systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pojak support staff or other platform users
• Using VPN services or other technical measures to circumvent geographic restrictions

6.3 Accurate Information

You are obligated to keep your account information up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. pojak relies on your registered contact information to send security alerts, transaction notifications, and important platform communications. pojak accepts no responsibility for losses arising from outdated account information.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your pojak account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 pojak's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

pojak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Account activity that poses an unacceptable commercial or reputational risk to pojak
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction

7.3 Self-Exclusion

pojak supports responsible gaming through a self-exclusion programme. Players may activate self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently, via the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard. Once self-exclusion is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

pojak aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% measured on a rolling monthly basis. However, pojak does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability. pojak accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable notice is given where possible.

8.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and wagering decisions made by players on the pojak platform are made entirely at the player's own risk. pojak provides odds and markets as a commercial service; nothing on the pojak platform constitutes financial or investment advice. pojak accepts no liability for losses incurred through betting, casino play, or any other gambling activity on the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The pojak platform integrates services from third-party providers including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and data providers. pojak is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Any disputes relating to a specific game's outcome should be raised with pojak support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on the player's behalf.

8.4 Force Majeure

pojak shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond pojak's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or widespread power outages affecting Bangladesh's telecommunications infrastructure.

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pojak's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their pojak account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
